Notion and this designer.

Notion is the best
I’ve said it before and ill say it again; Notion is one of my favourite apps and for good reason. As a hard core ADHDer, this tool takes my brain from looking like a Basquiat to a Da Vinci.
How do I use it?
I use Notion as a hub for all elements of my life, personal and professional. I manage my business through it and my personal projects.
Being a solo creative means I have to keep track of a lot. From client relations to upcoming of deadlines, I use Notion to keep me organised. Two of the most used tools I’ve built are my Project tracker and my CRM.
The Project Tracker is a comprehensive project management system which tracks and organises project and task till completion. I can filter tasks based on their importance, the date they were assigned, their due date, the amount of energy requited to complete them, the project they’re a attached to and many other properties. It’s pretty neat getting to have so much control over your data. I've also linked it with my calendar so I can easily see what's coming up at a glance.
My CRM tracks where my clients are in their lifecycle and includes all sorts of useful properties to help me best service them. I store their contact details, links to their projects, links to their drop box and other useful bits and bobs. This helps me to easily know what is for who at a glance.
Because it also integrates with my calendar, I can set up events like data points, quickly shuffling them around to fit my priority list or energy levels. Connecting multiple data sets to my calendars means I can schedule meetings, deadlines and D&D sessions easily, never letting them clash (very important). Thanks to Notions collaborative capabilities, these tools could easily be applied to a studio or team scenario too. If you don’t already use it, now’s the best time to check it out. It could save you a lot of $$.
