What’s Notion?

Notion is like if Excel, your notes app and your calendar had some weird awesome magical baby. Their block based system and customisable data sets make a program where users can build their own unique products. It can be used to help with almost anything an organised business could need and is genuinely one of my favourite applications ever. Getting used to it can be a bit tricky but once you’ve got the basics down, things that you previously thought were impossible for the average person become nothing more than a couple seconds of clicking and typing.

How is it better?

By using Notion so many individual services your businesses is paying for become obsolete. Your CRM? Gone. Your team productivity tracker? Gone. Your business Wiki? Gone. And when you end up building these services within notion, they all can be effortlessly integrated into each other, making them so much more accessible than what you were previously paying for. Both the free and paid versions support collaborative work so your whole business can collectively work on projects and access new data in real time. Like a cherry on top, all of this also integrates into their calendar app, meaning you can get notified whenever an event relating to your data is coming up, and turning your team into organisation sensations, forever up to date with their projects and in contact with all the info they could need.
